Terms of Service

The agreement between you and FiscoPoint.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FiscoPoint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using FiscoPoint on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

FiscoPoint provides software that unifies personal, business, investment, planning, and household finance. FiscoPoint is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or accounting firm. The service is informational and operational. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account, including safeguarding credentials and enabling multi-factor authentication.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the platform's integrity, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate applicable law.

5. Connected accounts

FiscoPoint may connect to third-party financial institutions you choose. Those connections are governed by the terms of those institutions and the data aggregator. FiscoPoint is not responsible for outages, data delays, or errors from third parties.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

FiscoPoint and its content, software, and trademarks are owned by FiscoPoint, Inc. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant FiscoPoint a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiscoPoint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiscoPoint's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amounts paid by you to FiscoPoint in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using FiscoPoint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
