1. Who we are
FiscoPoint is a Financial Operating System operated by FiscoPoint, Inc. We provide software that unifies personal, business, investment, planning, and household finance into a single intelligent platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers.
- Financial data you connect: read-only balances, transactions, holdings, and metadata from accounts you choose to link through regulated aggregators.
- Data you create: budgets, goals, categories, notes, reports, scenarios.
- Product telemetry: device, browser, and usage events used to operate and improve the service. We do not sell or rent personal data.
3. How we use data
We use your data only to operate the FiscoPoint service, generate the insights you ask for, secure your account, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the platform. We never use your financial data to advertise to you, and we never sell it.
4. Data connections
Connections to your banks, brokerages, and accounting tools are read-only by default and facilitated through regulated data aggregators. You can disconnect any institution at any time from your settings, which revokes our access immediately.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Tenant isolation, role-based permissions, two factor authentication, and audit history support account and workspace security. FiscoPoint does not claim SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or another independent security certification. See the Trust Center for the current control summary.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or request deletion of your personal data through available product controls or by writing to privacy@fiscopoint.com. We handle requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
7. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
8. International transfers
FiscoPoint may process data in jurisdictions other than your own. When we do, we use recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information.
