AI Disclosure
How FiscoPoint uses AI, what it may not be used for, and who remains responsible.
Version 1.8 · Effective September 17, 2026
Advisory only
FiscoPoint uses AI to draft text, summarize records, categorize transactions, suggest tax and planning estimates, and answer questions about a workspace. Financial totals, ledger balances, tax filings, payroll amounts, and reports use deterministic calculations rather than AI.
What is sent
When a user requests an AI feature, the prompt and workspace content relevant to that request may be sent to model providers that help produce the response. Users should avoid entering information they do not wish to send.
Human review required
All AI output is advisory and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Users must review it before relying on it, sending it, filing it, or paying against it. FiscoPoint does not present AI output as accounting, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or other professional advice.
Limits
AI availability and usage limits depend on the plan, and usage is recorded so limits can be applied fairly. Automated checks and drafts describe or prepare work; they do not move money, approve payments, renew or file obligations, approve a pay run, complete reconciliations, or make decisions for the customer. Each scheduled task records when it ran, what it did, and any failure, and pauses itself after repeated failures.
Allocation and analysis
Financial Allocation targets come from percentages you set, and actual figures are read from records already in your workspace. Allocation and automated analysis describe your own data and are not financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
