Acceptable Use Policy

What is and is not allowed in FiscoPoint workspaces, Connect, and live meetings.

Purpose

This policy explains the conduct expected of everyone using FiscoPoint, including guests invited into a discussion or meeting.

Expected conduct

Use FiscoPoint only for lawful business, personal, household, planning, or investment record keeping.
Respect the privacy of colleagues, clients, vendors, and household members whose data appears in a workspace.
Obtain consent where local law requires it before recording, transcribing, or sharing a meeting or conversation.
Keep credentials private and use multi-factor authentication where a workspace requires it.

Not allowed

Circumventing plan limits, meeting limits, entitlements, or access controls.
Sharing invitations with people who are not authorized to see the discussion.
Uploading malware, unlawful material, or content you have no right to process.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
Automated scraping, resale, or load testing without written permission.

Enforcement

FiscoPoint may warn, restrict features, suspend access, or close an account where this policy is breached. Records required for security, legal, or dispute purposes may be preserved.

Guests in live meetings

Guest invitations are secure single links valid only for the meeting they were created for. Do not forward them. Hosts admit, remove, or cancel guest access, and every invitation, join, departure, and host action is recorded in the audit trail.
